All it really takes is an idea and some good ol initiative a couple of good people on your team and your off and running. Some people are not cut out to own and operate their own business, it requires an awful lot of dedication and responsibility which is why most of us prefer just to punch a clock and be done with it at the end of the day we can go home and kick our heals up and not have to worry about things such as operating expenses, employees, insurance, licenses etc. but if you are one of those who have the aptitude to run your own business the challenges are many but the rewards are great!
These entrepreneurs started with just an idea and within a matter of a few short weeks they were up and running at the Oceanside outdoor swap meet in Oceanside, Ca.
